What I’m doing 😎
Hi folks! I’m a graduate student pursuing a MS Degree in Computer Science and Public Policy (MSCAPP) at the University of Chicago.
With a focus at the intersection of software engineering and internet governance, I am studying how to create innovative and impactful software solutions that facilitate better digital infrastructure and human-computer/data interaction. My current niche is to learn knowledge from the core fields of high performance computing, including distributed system, parallel programming, cloud computing; and attain the skills to design large-scale, human-in-the-loop system applications and services for end-users.
I used to worked as a research fellow for Taiwan Digital Diplomacy Association. Here I developed my interests in information policy and decided to pursue a master program, and the rest is history!
In my free time… ☀️
Besides programming, I enjoy exploring new cities and unknown places through traveling and photographing. Recently, I’m learning Japanese, which I find both challenging and rewarding. Just like what Ed Sheeran has mentioned in the lyrics of the Pokemon theme song Celestial:
“Finding Magic In All The Smallest Things!”
—— Celestial, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
My Magic Box 🧙♂️🪄✨
A big fan of Bear Grylls; dreamed to host a series on Discovery. Years passed, dream changed. Yet my love for exploring the unknown will never fade away!
「この道が続くのは 続けと願ったから」
—— Spinning Globe, The Boy and the Heron
